On Sept 5 my wife and me were traveling from Texas to Kansas City and broke down on the highway , we had a tow service tow our vehicle to Mikes shop . Mike after looking at the truck was willing to quickly put our vehicle in the garage and start working on it to get us back on the road. Mike was professional and made me feel like I was the most important customer he had . He kept me informed on everything they needed to do and was able to repair our truck and get us back on the road in could time. The special thing for me about Mike was the way he treated me and made me believe that he treats each and every customer the same way because being that I’m from Texas and may or may not ever be in his shop again , I was still important to him. He was considerate of the stress I was under being far from home and interested in solving my problem .
