They took my friends car to work on, then sat on it for over 3 weeks. He knew what kind of car it was when he agreed to take it. After numerous times of calling, then finally going by there today, the owner said he doesn't like to work on these because he doesn't make any money and it takes too much time. He told my friend, while I was there, he won't take his car in for work anymore because it's an old car and takes too much time. I do not recommend Dave's Garage.

I came in with questions about my battery and alternator. David himself came right out and helped me. Diagnosed my problem and helped me out. Fast, trustworthy, and honest.

This place is experts at customer service. The day after Christmas 2024 they called a towing service for us. The towing service person from Jay Warner Wrecker Service was very kind and helpful and didn't try to gouge us while being stranded in Tonkowa. They gave us a ride to David's and also gave us the option to pay now or through David's Garage. Lisa at David's is very courteous and got our vehicle right in for the mechanics to diagnose our problem, get parts on order and give us an estimate on when they could have the work completed and what it was going to cost and did not try to add additional costs that most other places I've experienced do. The shop even went above and beyond even though they were short staffed by having one of the mechanics take us to the only rental car place after calling to ensure they could supply us with a vehicle for the night. The rental car place "Nifty" also gave us the option to pay now or through David's. Parts were not going to arrive until the next morning so we were forced to stay the night. The next morning they had us in our car totally repaired before 11:30am so we could finished our trip to see family for Christmas in Texas. Thanks to this very respectable business in Ponca City, Oklahoma and professional staff for making an experience that could have been all bad the best it could be. It's great to know that places and people like this still exist. Our prayers go out to all involved and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the services you provided us. Very professional!
